Your 7-day free trial
New to Bornbir? First-time subscribers get a 7-day free trial of Premium or Bornbir Business to experience everything the plan has to offer.
What's included
During your trial, you have full access to every feature of the plan you chose: unlimited outreach to leads, matched conversations, messaging with clients, client phone numbers, text message alerts for new leads, top placement in search results, and Clients with contracts and e-signature, invoices, and superbills — plus, on Business, extra locations and team logins. There are no limitations during the trial period.
How the trial works
- The 7-day free trial is available only to first-time subscribers.
- You add a payment method at checkout, but $0.00 is due today — your first charge happens when the 7-day trial ends.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial period ends.
- We'll send you a reminder email about two days before your trial ends, with the exact end date and the amount of your first charge.
Invited by another provider?
If you created your account through another provider's invite link, your free trial is 30 days instead of 7. The sign-up page shows it ("[Name] invited you to Bornbir. Your Premium free trial is 30 days instead of 7."), and the plan cards show a 30-day free trial when you subscribe on bornbir.com. Everything else works the same: it's for first-time subscribers, $0.00 is due at checkout, and the reminder email arrives about two days before it ends.
The 30-day trial only applies on the website. Subscribing through Apple in the iPhone app gets Apple's one free week instead, so use Pay on bornbir.com instead in the app to get the longer trial. See "Referring other providers".
Canceling during your trial
You can cancel anytime during the trial: in your provider portal, click Manage subscription (in the sidebar, or under Account settings) to open your secure Stripe billing portal, then cancel your plan. You won't be charged. For a full walkthrough, see "Canceling your Premium subscription".
Returning subscribers
If you previously had a Premium or Business subscription and canceled it, you will not receive a new free trial when you resubscribe. The trial is a one-time offer for new subscribers only.
Trials in the iPhone app
Subscribing through Apple in the Bornbir for Providers app also starts with one free week, offered once per Apple ID across our plans — so an Apple trial of Premium means no second trial of Business. Cancel in your App Store subscription settings before the week ends and Apple won't charge you.
