Bornbir Premium and Business plans and pricing

Bornbir is free for providers to join. A subscription unlocks the tools you need to connect with the parents behind each lead, and to run your practice once a family hires you. There are two paid plans: Premium and Bornbir Business.

What's free

A public, SEO-optimized profile page that parents can find on Google and in Bornbir search.
Notifications when new leads match your services and area.
Full access to browse the leads board and read lead details.

What Premium adds

For finding families:

Unlimited outreach to leads — reply to and connect with as many parents as you like (up to 50 new connection requests a day).
Access to client phone numbers.
Top placement in search results, above free profiles.
Priority matching: matched conversations are opened for you automatically when a lead matches your profile.
Text message alerts when a new lead matches you.
Scheduling interviews with families from a conversation.

For running your practice once a family hires you:

Clients — a profile for every family you care for, with their details, your visits, and private notes. See "Managing your clients".
Contracts and e-signature — send a contract or consent form and the family signs online. There's no separate e-signature subscription to pay for. See "Sending contracts for signature".
Invoices paid by card — invoice a client, or request a deposit or payment in their conversation, and get paid out to your bank through Stripe (US providers). See "Invoicing clients and getting paid".
Superbills for insurance — US doulas, midwives, and lactation consultants can turn a paid invoice into a superbill the family submits to their insurer. See "Creating superbills for insurance reimbursement".

What Business adds

Everything in Premium, plus up to 5 service locations each with its own service range, leads in every area you serve, up to 5 team logins, 150 connection requests a day, a ranking above Premium in search, and a Bornbir Business badge on your profile. On Business you can also put your team logins on each client's care team. See "Bornbir Business: extra locations and team logins".

Pricing

Premium monthly: $9.99/month.
Premium yearly: $4.99/month for your first year ($59.88 billed annually), then $79.99/yr.
Business monthly: $24.99/month.
Business yearly: $149.99/year.

Choose monthly or yearly with the toggle at checkout. If you have a promo code, you can enter it on the payment page.

Subscribing in the iPhone app

In the Bornbir for Providers app, plans are sold through Apple instead: open Manage plan on the Account tab and tap Start free trial or Subscribe with Apple. App Store prices are Premium $9.99/month or $79.99/year and Business $29.99/month or $199.99/year — the discounted first-year Premium price, promo codes, and the 30-day trial for invited providers are only available on the website, and the app has a Pay on bornbir.com instead link for that. A plan bought through Apple is managed and canceled in your App Store subscription settings; a plan bought on bornbir.com is managed here. Both work everywhere. Free trial

First-time subscribers get a 7-day free trial on either plan, with full access to every feature. If you signed up through another provider's invite link, your trial on bornbir.com is 30 days instead. Subscribing through Apple in the app includes a one-week free trial too, once per Apple ID. See "Your 7-day free trial" for the details, and "Referring other providers" to invite a colleague.

Upgrading from Premium to Business

Already on Premium? Open Account settings on bornbir.com and click Upgrade to Business under Plan (you'll also see the offer on the Locations and Team pages and when you reach the daily connection limit). If you subscribed through Apple, upgrade from Manage plan in the app instead. On the website you keep your billing interval — monthly or yearly — and are charged a prorated amount today for the rest of your current period; your renewal date doesn't change. If your plan is managed by our team or has a past-due payment, the window tells you what to do first.

Renewals and reminders

Premium yearly subscribers receive a reminder email about 10 days before each renewal, showing the exact amount that will be charged.
If you're on the discounted first-year Premium price, you'll get advance notice by email before your plan steps up to the regular $79.99/yr rate, so you can switch to monthly or cancel first if you prefer.
Monthly plans renew automatically each month; renewal reminder emails are sent for Premium yearly plans only.
